Delete case or delete case attachment

How to remove cases from the Evidence module or remove attachements in cases

In the Evidence module, there is an option to delete cases. This can be done on the case overview screen. Users can view but are only allowed to delete their own cases, while Admins are allowed to delete any case.


  1. Use the filter "Case owner" to easily find your cases.
  2. Click on the three dots button on the right side of the page for the case that will be deleted; it will display two options.
  3. Select the delete option, and the case will be deleted.

Deleting an attachment

To remove an attached file from a case you are the owner, simply click on the trash bin icon located below the file. This action will delete the file.
