Download a Single Advertisement
To download a single advertisement:

Open the advertisement by clicking on the result card.

Navigate to the detailed advertisement page.

Click Download below the search bar.
Scout will generate a PDF containing the advertisement details and automatically download it to your computer.
Download Multiple Advertisements
You can also download multiple advertisements at the same time.

Perform a search and open the results page.

Select advertisements using the checkbox displayed on each result card.

Up to 10 advertisements can be selected at once.

Once advertisements are selected, the results counter changes into a Download button.

Click Download to export the selected advertisements.
The selected PDFs will be packaged into a ZIP file and downloaded directly to your computer.

Use single PDF downloads when reviewing individual advertisements.

Use multi-download when collecting multiple related records for a case or investigation.

Downloaded files can be stored locally and shared with other authorized users when required.
