Why are images not available in the ad?
In some cases, images may not be available immediately, even though the ad has already been collected. This is because images are processed separately from the ad content.
If the original ad is still available online, the missing images may appear within the next 1–2 days. If the images are still missing after that, please contact support@legentic.com so we can investigate the issue.
Why do some ads show fewer images over time?
While an ad is still online, Legentic displays the images currently available on the source website. Once the ad has been removed, only the images that were successfully collected during our data collection process can be displayed.
In some cases, source websites temporarily display placeholder images before the final images become available. If our system collects the ad during that period, the actual images may not be captured, and fewer images will be displayed in Legentic.
