How to find an object and determine it's state
The Legentic Platform is built to support you to find a specific object in historic data. In order to find a specific object we advise to search on unique identifiers. Meaning a VIN or License plate for a vehicle or a serial number of a watch, etc.
This "hard" identifier can be used to search in Investigate within a specific country to find information available. This will help with determining the price developments over time and assessing damages based on historic pictures amongst others.
Historic price developments
In the search results the date can be used to see how the object was offered for sale online over time. When clicking on the individual advertisements you can take a closer look at the images to determine the state of the object at each timeframe. You get an overview of the price developments over time and the locations the object was offered for sale.
Damages in pictures
By clicking on the image viewer you can take a detailed look on the actual state of the object as well. And discover if there are existing damages visible when the object was offered for sale.
