How to resolve the issue?

To regain access and create your account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the login page of our platform:

   • Europe: https://app.legentic.com/

   • North-America: https://app.na.legentic.com/
   • Important: Make sure you use the correct environment (Europe or North America) associated with your account. Using the wrong environment may prevent you from activating your account.

2. Enter the email address that was used for the account invitation and click Continue.

3. Click the Reset password link located below the login form.

4. Click Continue again.
5. Check your email for instructions to create your password.

Note: Activation links are valid for 5 days after the invitation email is sent.
