Data Insights & Metrics
Company Admins have access to dashboards that provide visibility into both platform data coverage and user activity.
Data Insights
The Data Insights dashboard provides an overview of the data available within supported countries.
Data can be viewed for different countries and time periods, from a Current Month up to the Current Year.
Available metrics include: Total Advertisements, Emails, Images, Locations, Makes, Models, License Plates, Phone Numbers, Vehicle Advertisements, VINs.

Additional visualizations include:
-> Weekly Advertisement Flow - provides an overview of how advertisement volumes have changed over time.
-> Top 10 Sources - displays the top data sources from which advertisements have been collected.
-> Identifier Type Distribution - shows the distribution of identifiers found within the Top 10 Sources, helping users understand the types of information available within each source.
-> Total Identifier Distribution - provides an overview of all identifier types available in the selected dataset.

User Metrics
User Metrics provide Company Admins with valuable insights into how the Legentic Platform is being used within their organization.
The dashboard presents visual reports and graphs that help monitor user activity, search behavior, and platform adoption.
Metrics can be viewed across multiple time periods ranging from 7 days to 3 months.
Many graphs can be explored in greater detail by clicking the magnifying glass icon and the items shown can be excluded or included by clicking on them.

-> Daily Active Users (DAU) - displays the number of user logins on a day-to-day basis, helping administrators understand platform engagement over time.
-> Total Searches with Hit Rate - displays the total number of searches performed and the number of searches that returned one or more results.
-> Total Searches by User - shows the total number of searches performed by each user during the selected period; this can be downloaded as a .csv file for further analysis.
-> Total Searches by Identifier - provides insight into how users search within the platform by using the Free text option or Identifiers like license plates, VINs, profile names, emails and phone numbers.
-> PDF Downloads - displays the number of advertisements exported as PDF files.
Note: PDF download tracking has been available since the end of February 2024.
