Why can't I sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO)?

The Legentic Platform supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect (OIDC), including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and other compatible identity providers.

If you're unable to sign in using SSO:
  • Verify that your organization has SSO enabled.

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your organization's identity provider.

  • Try signing in again after completing authentication with your identity provider.

  • If the problem persists, contact your organization's administrator or Legentic Support.
