Why can't I sign in with Single Sign-On (SSO)?
The Legentic Platform supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using OpenID Connect (OIDC), including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, and other compatible identity providers.
If you're unable to sign in using SSO:

Verify that your organization has SSO enabled.

Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your organization's identity provider.

Try signing in again after completing authentication with your identity provider.

If the problem persists, contact your organization's administrator or Legentic Support.
