Roles in Legentic platform

Legentic uses role-based access control to manage what a user can see or do in the product. User roles are defined for cases, modules, teams and companies. Some user roles may require a specific plan.

Roles for collaboration

Users - Users can access all modules enabled by the company. They have full access to the plan features and can create their own cases and content.

Administrators - Each company has one or more Administrators.

Administrator roles can:

  • Invite users, later also edit and delete users.
  • View and edit company settings. (to be announced)
  • Manage integrations.
  • View user metrics and activity.
