Forgot password & password change

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen.

Please note that, for security reasons, the password field and the Reset password option are revealed only after entering your email address.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address on the login page and click Continue.
2. Click the Reset password link located below the login form.
3. Click Continue again.
4. Check your email for instructions to reset your password.

How can I change my password?

1. Navigate to the menu and select Settings, then choose Account.
2. Go to the Change password section.
3. Click Request password change.
4. Check your email for instructions to set up a new password.
