Reset a forgotten password

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.

For security reasons, the password field and the Reset password option are displayed only after you enter your email address.

Follow these steps:

1. Enter your email address on the login page and click Continue.
2. Click the Reset password link located below the login form.
3. Click Continue again.
4. Check your email for instructions to create a new password.

 

Change your password

If you know your current password and simply want to change it:

1. Open Settings, then choose Account.
2. Go to the Change password section.
3. Click Request password change.
4. Check your email and follow the instructions to set up a new password.
