How can I reset my forgotten password?
If you've forgotten your password or wish to update it, simply initiate a password reset by clicking on the "Forgot password?" button on the login screen.
Please note that, for security reasons, the password field and the "Forgot password" button are revealed only after entering your email address.
Subsequently, you'll receive an email containing instructions and a link to establish a new password.
How can I change my password?
- Navigate to the menu and select the 'Settings' icon, then choose the 'Account' option
- Click on the password tab
- Press the "Request password change" button
- You will receive an email with instructions on how to set up a new password
