Scout supports searches using various identifiers, including License Plates, VINs, Telephone Numbers, and Email Addresses.
-> Why am I not seeing any search results?
Check the following:

The search value is entered correctly.

The correct search type is selected.

Applied filters are not too restrictive.

Data is available for the selected criteria.
-> Can I filter my search results?
Yes. You can use available filters such as Country, Date, Price, and Category to narrow your results.
-> What data sources are available?
Available data sources depend on your organization's subscription and configuration. Examples may include classified advertisement data and shipping data.
-> How do I update my account information?
Open Settings and select Account to manage your profile information and account preferences.
-> I cannot access Company Admin settings. Why?
The Company Admin section is only available to users who have been assigned the appropriate permissions.
If you believe you should have access, contact your Company Administrator or support@legentic.com.
-> Where can I find platform updates?
Platform updates and announcements are published in the Messages section.
-> How do I access the API?
Open Integrations & API to view available API information, documentation, and access options.
API availability depends on your organization's access level.
